Here at JAG Windscreens we can tackle your auto glass needs, from windscreen repairs & replacements to body glass and rear screen replacements.
As a fully mobile service we come to your location Auckland-wide to carry out the work to make the process as hassle free as possible.
Please NOTE that some carparks & locations will not be suitable under health and safety regulations. Weather permitting, we may ask that the site has some sort of cover as your car will be open to the elements while we work on it and we do need a dry place to operate and ensure a secure bond of the new windscreen to your vehicle.
REPAIR
Does your windscreen have a chip or crack in it that is smaller than a $2 coin?
If it is smaller, there is a good chance we can repair it.
We use industry standard practices for chip repairs that comply with the New Zealand standards for windscreen repairs as per the Australian/New Zealand standard
AS/NZS 2366: Part 1 & 2: 1999.
If we think we can repair your screen we will always try to do this for you in the first instance where possible.
REPLACE
Does your windscreen have a chip larger than a $2 coin or crack that falls within the black opaque edging of your windscreen?
It is likely you will need to replace it.
The windscreen is a structural part of any vehicle and in an accident the windscreen provides support to the roof, which increases occupant safety.
That is why when replacing your windscreen it pays to use the trained professionals.
We can also replace door, quarter, cargo, opera and rear screens for you.

RECALIBRATE
Does your windscreen look like it has a camera on it?
Most modern vehicles are now equipped with ADAS or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. These systems are designed to provide the driver with alerts and assistance to enhance on road safety of the vehicle.
This means when you replace your windscreen with ADAS camera you will need to get it recalibrated. We can do this for you after replacing your windscreen or you can visit your local dealership.
